Every GOUSE style is made in EU 36 through 47. Extended sizing is not an afterthought here, it is the reason the brand exists. The size guide converts EU to UK, SK and foot length in centimetres.

Our styles run true to size. If you are between sizes, take the larger one. If you are unsure, measure your foot against the size guide or message the team before you order and we will help you choose.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Lagos deliveries usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days, other Nigerian states within 3 to 7, and international destinations within 5 to 15 business days after dispatch.

We currently ship across Nigeria, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Nigerian shipping is calculated at checkout. For international orders we confirm the exact cost for your location after your order is placed, so you are never charged an estimate. Customs duties and import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, or returned for GOUSE Store Credit valid for 12 months. Items must be unworn, tried on indoors only, and returned in their original packaging.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Once verified we will arrange a replacement or issue Store Credit.

Care instructions differ by material and are listed on each product page. Satin and patent leather both dislike water, oils and direct heat. Store your pair in the GOUSE dust bag in a cool, dry place.
